These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications HVACSpec Plus and HVAC Project Sync (the “Apps”), operated by [Company Name] (“we,” “our,” “us”). • You retain ownership of your User Content.
   
• By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the Apps.
   
• You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

• Fees, billing, and cancellation terms will be provided in the App Store/Google Play listing or in-app.
   
• Payments are handled through the platform provider (Apple/Google), and their terms also apply.

All intellectual property rights in the Apps (including software, design, logos, trademarks, and content, excluding User Content) belong to Sands Holdings, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse. You may stop using the Apps at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the Apps.

• The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
   
• We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
   
• We are not responsible for HVAC equipment errors, inaccuracies in scanned/entered data, or third-party services.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Apps will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.
